Our youth training programs are designed for middle school and high school athletes looking to get stronger, move better, and gain a competitive edge.

High School sweat series
For Grades 9–12 | All Sports Welcome
An 8 week performance program built to help high school athletes get stronger, move better, and prepare for the demands of their sport. Designed for all athletic backgrounds whether you play football, volleyball, basketball, or just want to level up this program focuses on building a foundation of power, mobility, and confidence.
FOOTBALL ACADEMY
Built for serious athletes who want to train like pros. Founded and led by former NFL lineman Cornelius Edison, this year-round program focuses on developing high school football players across all positions.
From strength and speed to mindset and mechanics, every session is designed to help athletes perform better on the field—and lead with confidence off it.
